Here are some things you need to know about Absentee Voting.

Application for Mail in Ballot.

The deadline for the MAY 22, 2018 PRIMARY ELECTION Absentee Ballot APPLICATIONS that are to be mailed to a Voter must be requested and returned to the County Clerk’s Office no later than MAY 15, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. (PER KRS 117.075, KRS 117.085)

 

Will you be out of town on May 22, 2018? Vote early!!

2018 PRIMARY ELECTION ABSENTEE VOTING IN OFFICE

Voters that will be out of town on ELECTION DAY MAY 22, 2018 can request an application during regular office hours to vote on an absentee machine in the BOYLE COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE from MAY 1 through MAY 21, 2018.

Pursuant to KRS 117.995(5) Voters will be REQUIRED TO SIGN AN OATH stating you will be out of town during the hours of 6:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M. on ELECTION DAY. Any voter providing FALSE INFORMATION UNDER OATH shall be guilty of a Class D Felony.

The BOYLE COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE will be open SATURDAY, MAY 12TH & SATURDAY, MAY 19TH for PRIMARY ELECTION IN-HOUSE ABSENTEE VOTING from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 NOON.
