NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS AND THIRD PARTY PURCHASERS:
The amount set forth for each Certificate of Delinquency is the payoff through July 31, 2018.  The sale of the Certificates of Delinquency will occur on August 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.  The payoff for each bill will increase by one percent (1%) interest per month.  The County Clerk will accept cash, money orders, cashier’s checks or certified checks.  Taxpayers can continue to pay their tax bill during normal business hours prior to the tax sale.  Any payments received on Certificates of Delinquency that have been sold by the Boyle County Clerk’s Office after the sale will be returned to the remitter.  A list of Certificates of Delinquency is updated weekly (Click Here for most recent updated list) or available at the County Clerk’s Office.

DISCLAIMER:  The information set forth below represents the most current ownership data available at the time of publication and may not reflect recent sales or transfers.  Therefore, the owner identified may no longer be the owner of the property for the bills that are delinquent.  Furthermore, due to the time necessary to process the advertisement and payments, a number of the tax bills listed in the advertisement may have already been paid.

Any questions concerning the list of Certificates of Delinquency or the 2017 delinquent tax sale may be addressed by contacting the Boyle County Clerk’s Office at (859) 238-1112.
